Do you offer a warranty on glass and electronic devices?
Electronic devices such as vaporizers usually carry a manufacturer's warranty. While glass items do not have a standard warranty, we guarantee they will arrive safely; if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours.

Can I return a product if I have already used it?
